Delivery fees
The delivery fee is fixed and published: IQD 5,000 per order, however many pieces it holds — order the dress, the pajamas and the shoes together and pay one delivery fee.

Delivery time
We confirm your order by phone during working hours and hand it to the courier the same or next day. Times below are from confirmation:

Packing & inspection
- Every piece is folded and packed in a clean bag with its original tags, and shipped in a sealed parcel.
- You may open the parcel and check the pieces — and try them on your child if possible — in front of the courier before paying.
- If a piece arrives in the wrong size or colour, or with a defect, refuse it and don't pay for it.
Order tracking
After confirmation you get an order number like KZ-XXXXXX-XXXX. Track its status on the tracking page or message us on WhatsApp with the number. The courier calls before arriving.
Good to know
- Working days are Saturday to Thursday; orders confirmed after 6 pm ship the next day.
- Please write your address precisely (governorate, area, nearest landmark) with a working phone number — most delays come from incomplete addresses.
- If the courier can't reach you during the working day, the parcel returns to the warehouse and we contact you to reschedule.
- Deliveries get busy before Eid and the start of the school year — order a few days early.

Do you deliver to the Kurdistan Region?
Yes — Erbil, Sulaymaniyah, Duhok and Halabja, within 2–4 business days at the same flat fee.
Do I pay delivery per piece?
No. Delivery is IQD 5,000 per order, however many pieces.
Can I check the clothes before paying?
Yes. Open the parcel and check the pieces in front of the courier. If they don't match your order, refuse delivery at no cost.
How do I pay?
Cash in Iraqi dinars to the courier on delivery. We never ask for prepayment or transfers.
