• When you order: name, phone number, governorate and address, and any delivery notes you write. No email, no bank card, no account required.
• Automatically: IP address, browser type and order time, to protect against fake orders and fraud.
• Your cart: cart contents are stored only in your browser (local storage) and are not sent to us until you confirm an order.
• We ask for no data about your children beyond what you choose to write in the order notes (such as an age, to help with sizing).

• To confirm your order by phone and deliver it to your address.
• To contact you about size exchanges or order follow-up.
• To prevent abuse (repeated fake orders, blocked numbers).
• To improve the store using aggregated statistics that don't identify you.

🤝Who we share it with

We share your name, phone and address only with the delivery company to deliver your order. We never sell, rent or share your data with advertisers or other third parties. We may disclose data if required by Iraqi law.

🔐How we protect it

• The site is fully encrypted over HTTPS (TLS) and protected by Cloudflare.
• Order data is stored on firewalled servers and accessible only to the admin team through encrypted login.
• We hold no payment data because we take no online payments at all.

🍪Cookies

We use no advertising trackers. Local storage in your browser keeps only your cart and preferred language, and we may use aggregated performance tools (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics) that don't track individuals.

🧑‍⚖️Your rights

• Request to see the data linked to your phone number.
• Request correction or deletion once your order is complete and the exchange period has ended.
• Object to any marketing contact (we don't send marketing messages unless you ask).
• To exercise these, message us on WhatsApp or via the contact page; we reply within 3 business days.
