🛒Orders & confirmation

• An order is provisional until we call or message you to confirm it.
• We may cancel an order if we cannot reach you, a price is clearly wrong or stock runs out — we tell you immediately.
• A pre-order means the item or size is not in stock yet; we confirm availability before shipping and you can cancel free of charge before it ships.

🏷️Prices & offers

• Prices are in Iraqi dinars and include everything except the delivery fee shown before you confirm.
• Offers run for a limited time and may cap the quantity per order; the price at the moment you order applies.
• USD prices are approximate and for reference only; payment is in IQD.

💵Payment & delivery

Cash on delivery only. Check the pieces in front of the courier before paying. Delivery times and fees are on the Shipping page.

🔁Exchanges & returns

Sizes or colours can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with their original tags, as set out on the Exchanges & returns page. Underwear, socks and swimwear can't be exchanged for hygiene reasons; defective items are replaced or refunded.

👤Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your password secret and your details accurate.
• Points and rewards have no cash value, are not transferable and may be voided on cancellation or abuse.
• You can delete your account at any time from My account → Delete account, or via the Account deletion page.
